Why do I have to wait after registering?
New accounts are reviewed by an administrator before they can study. Verify your email first; you will get an email and an in-app notification as soon as your account is approved.
I did not receive the verification email.
Check your spam folder, then use “Resend email” on the verification page. Links expire after 24 hours. If it still does not arrive, contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger zone and submit a deletion request. An administrator processes the request; your data is removed once it is completed.
Access
What is included for free?
Every approved account includes the free plan. The levels it covers are listed on the Pricing page. Your progress is always kept, whichever plan you use.
How do I pay for a plan?
Online payment is not connected yet. Request a plan from Subscription & access; an administrator will contact you with payment instructions and activates the plan once the payment has been verified.
What happens when my plan expires?
Levels from the expired plan are locked again, but nothing is deleted. Renewing restores access to all of your progress.

How do flashcard reviews work?
Cards use spaced repetition. Rate each card honestly — Again, Hard, Good or Easy — and the next review is scheduled for when you are about to forget it.
Is the content reviewed by native speakers?
Each item shows its review status. Sample content that has not yet been checked by a qualified reviewer is labelled as such.
Exams
Are mock exam scores official JLPT scores?
No. Mock exams report raw practice scores only. Official JLPT results use scaled scoring that cannot be reproduced; treat our readiness labels as an estimate.
Are these the official JLPT vocabulary and kanji lists?
No. The JLPT has not published official lists since 2010. Our level lists are based on commonly used study references and are labelled as unofficial.
